- For the loyalty programme which started on 01-January 2026:
- it will not be necessary to book a continuous 21 nights to be eligible for the free night, the nights you stay will be banked in accordance with the nights you book over any number of return stays and you will be kept informed accordingly.
- the free one night stay can be tagged onto your existing visit providing you reach the 21 nights eligibility during that particular stay.
- The electric supply to each pitch is monitored using smart metering and usage will be charged at the rate set by our energy provider. A printoutout detailing the daily low/high ambient temperature and electric usage will be provided on the day of departure. In the event of excessive usage, the guest will be made aware during their stay.
- Before submitting a reservation form, it is important to check the availability calendar or call Becky on 07966 497386.
- First time bookings require a 10% deposit and must be paid by BACS within 24hrs of receiving the bank details - this is to confirm the booking). Bank details will be provided following submission of your reservation form and an e-mail will be sent to confirm payment once received.
- For 1-night bookings, the requested pitch (if available) will be reserved but is subject to change in the event someone else would like to book multiple nights over the same period. In this case, you will be allocated another available pitch or given a full refund if requested.
- The fees for 1-night bookings must be paid in full by BACS within 24hrs of receiving the bank details, which will be sent once the booking form has been submitted and caravan membership confirmed. For payment, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail once it has been received.
- For pitch and electricity fees, guests choosing to pay by BACS are kindly requested to ensure payment is completed before departure.
- The water pressure is high, therefore when you are not occupying your caravan/motorhome, you must ensure the upstand water tap is switched off.
- Dog owners are responsible for controlling their dog(s) at all times during their stay, and this includes picking up and disposing of any dog waste (in a suitable plastic bag) which can then be deposited in the dedicated on-site dog waste bin provided.
- We are recycling friendly and so bottles, cans, paper, cardboard and food waste, must be segregated and disposed of in the green wheelie bin provided (plastic bottle tops are not accepted by our council and so must be put in with the bagged general waste items). In our area, the council has now changed it policy and so they will also accept plastic containers of all kinds (and so deposit these in the green wheelie bin provided), but they do not recycle the plastic covering over containers such as sliced ham etc. In this case, they must be removed from the plastic container and disposed of with general waste which must always be bagged and put in the black wheelie bin provided.
- A common elsan point for treated waste and a separate grey water waste is provided. Treated waste must be disposed of down the elsan point, NOT the grey water waste.
- Check-in and check-out times are flexible but in some instances, can be changed by Becky in the event of same day changeovers. In such cases, these will be discussed and agreed.
- Cancellations may incur a charge based upon the circumstances. In all cases, Becky will discuss and agree accordingly.
- Drones must not be used in or around the campsite unless permission is obtained - no exceptions.
- The use of a 7kW EV Charger will be subject to a £2.00 usage fee plus the cost of electricity, which is recorded by the charger. The charger plug is compatible with EVs having the Type 2 & CCS combo Type 2 connectors.).
- Any caravan/motorhome servicing/repair requests requiring Julian to call to site cannot be made through Magnolia Pitches unless a stay at our site has been confirmed. If Julian has subsequently been scheduled to attend site and the guest then cancels their booking at the last minute, they will be liable for any no-show charges set by Julian.
- As per the CAMC rules, even though we have 5 grass pitches and 2 hard standing gravel pitches, we can only accommodate a maximum of five occupied pitches at any given time.
